Todd at Pegoraro Auto Repair took it in for an estimate and their professional mechanic found things that should have been replaced when the front end tie rods, ball joints, and steering box were replaced. (understand, I had Matt's do at least $3,000+ work on this part of my truck) Pegoraro Auto Repair had the front end repairs done in 2 days, and also fixed an A/C problem too. I took it for a drive and couldn't believe how nice it drove. As soon as I got home, Todd called me to make sure that I liked the job they did.
I have been going to this shop for a few years now and I am happy I found this auto shop. I've had issues with my truck and they fixed it. the other shop that I went to didn't figure out the problem that I was having with my truck. I recommend this place if you have problems with your vehicle just go there.
Finally, after trying Matt's and another shop in town, I found a place that can actually finish the job and do it right.
The whole team is amazing! As a single female, picking the right shop can be extreme hard! A lot of places give you the feeling of being taken advantage of because you don’t know the typical pricing to get items fixed on your car. Pegoraro always offers a rental when my car needs work, and get have helped me a ton just in the last year! Had to get my engine rebuilt for a timing belt and I have had about 4 check engine light issues that they have fixed within 24 hours for me! They are great!! :)
Joe, Todd, and the whole team have done a spectacular job of helping to maintain our commercial fleet. They were able to help me refine our maintenance budget, have provided excellent service, nothing but honest opinions, and even some suggestions for fleet tracking that we will now be implementing. I started taking my personal vehicle there as well. While not overly expensive, do expect to pay an honest price for quality, honest work. Their transparency, integrity, and customer service have made our experiences with them nothing but enjoyable and highly satisfactory.
I found the staff and ownership of Pegoraro's to be honest, hard working, caring and highly professional. They went over all parts, and why they needed replacement, and my options. They went out of their way to help my wife and I with our Motorhome's repair. I highly recommend them. John McGill
I had a problem with play in the steering and wandering as I drove down the road. I took it to Matt's twice and told them that I wanted it fixed. After the first repair, I ended up going back a few months later again for the same thing. This time I was assured that it would be fixed. It still had a problem when I got home. I drove it for a while to really verify that it wasn't totally fixed - because I couldn't believe that this was really happening. I finally decided to try another shop.
