After leaving this review up for a while and allowing both the customer service manager and the manager of the dealership have a chance to contact me and correct the situation, nothing was done. I will still never go back.
Bought an Altima from Jeremy couple years ago, Jeremy is great !! He was and is still very helpful with my car oil changes and maintenance. Just finished having my car complete check for free, my car key batteries replaced for free, car wash for free !! Only paid to have new engine filter, that's it. The car is comfortable, has had no problems and now compplety checked all safe for my winter travels. The service department was low keyed no rush relaxing. Thanks!!
The last time I was there for a routine service, the gentleman who helped me was very friendly & kept me updated. I believe his name was Tony. It only took just around an hour & I was super pleased! Unfortunately, that's the only positive experience I've had there.
Pleasant, low key.....felt they took their time explaining everything. Did not feel overwhelmed. Even though I didn't buy today, I really appreciated the straight forward pricing. There wasn't that back and fourth all day. They didn't waste my time and were very fair on their pricing. I would recommend the Nissan dealership in Vancouver.
The time before, I'd also gone in for routine service. I had a morning appointment & ended up waiting ALL DAY. No exaggeration. Everyone who had walked in hours after me had already left & I was the only remaining customer. Finally someone from another area walked over to me, asked how long I had been waiting, & headed into the shop. A minute later, someone else walked out & told me everything was finished. In the minutes before, I hadn't seen my car drive out of the shop. But after paying, they led me to my car just across the service lane outside the lobby, where it obviously had been sitting for quite some time. No apology, no explanation, nothing. I was far too tired to voice all my frustration & just wanted to start on the long drive back home. I didn't want to spend another second there.
The service shop closes at 6, the sales department at 8. At no point in my service experience did anyone tell me about this fact. There is no system in place to allow someone from another department to accept my payment and give me my car.
I bought my car new here 3 years ago. Any time my car has been here for oil changes, etc I've always been satisfied with how I was treated and my car was taken care of. Thanks to Leon (mechanic) who willingly went for a ride in my car today to help identify the noise it was making, and providing such great customer service.
I definitely believe their quality of service really depends on who is working. Extremely disappointed in 2/3 of my experiences here.
I made an appointment last Saturday specifically to have airbag parts replaced. This morning, I drove over an hour to get there for my 7:30am appointment. When I arrived, they said they no longer had the parts. There was no mention of this three day prior on the phone & apparently they don't call customers back when they know they can no longer service a vehicle. The girl who helped me said sorry & that was it. I spent a total of probably 2-3 minutes there, just to drive over an hour back home.
