Words can't describe my experience with these jokers. You would think that car salesmen would be better liars. If these guys aren't lying, then they're complete imbeciles. Watch your back, and good luck.
Dick Hannah I believe is a great company yet this location needs to pay a bit more attention to their customers. I was standing at the counter waiting to pick up my plates at this location, all the staff kept looking at me but no one would get up and help me. They actually got up to sign for two packages that were delivered while I was standing there and never even asked if they could help me at all. Finally I had to call them on the phone while I was standing in there just to get so assistance. Very poor customer service at this location, they could all benefit from some customer service refresher courses!
Wife took our car in for a 45k service, wife brought the car back with a cracked windshield. Dick Hannah Toyota in Kelso/Longview service manager refuses to fix it, they claim it was there when she got there. It was not. Called every manager I could get a hold of, only reached one who was the same service manager that my wife said was rude to her. I left msgs with the rest all the way up the chain, awaiting response. If they take care of this problem id be happy to change my review. This is not the first time ive had to deal with their service department causing me problems. I also contacted Toyota directly and they said they will try and help get me a resolution with Dick Hannah, I trust Toyota but I can certainly see how their name is being tarnished by this dealer poorly providing services as an authorized Toyota dealer and service center. Funny cause I was about a month away from thinking about trading my car in to this dealer for a new one, the lack of care in my situation has caused me to rethink this. If y'all ever want me as a customer again or that of any of my family, or extended family, because they all have heard about this now. Maybe think about taking care of your customers when you mess up and not blaming them. Honestly just talking to my fellow coworkers as well ive come to notice y'all have a bad rap anyway. Most if not all of them have either had or know someone who has had similar experiences at Dick Hannah and refuse to shop with y'all again. Either way if you find a solution to the problem your service department caused, ill gladly take this down or change my review. Otherwise id of put 0 stars if that was an option.

Dick Hannah is a joke! I just bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 from a sleazy car salesman named Chris on the 2nd, today I get a call from the floor manager Garrett telling me that I need to bring the car back and my loan didn't get approved. So, I called Dick Hannah and talked to the floor manager who's name is Chris (different from the salesman) who is just an idiot, when I first talked to him he wasnt even talking about my deal he was talking about some other deal (that went bad im guessing). When I finally got to talk to him about my deal he did nothing to fix it or anything he said "he's a professional and expects to be treated as such" if anything this makes him unprofessional. The way everything worked out and the way I was treated is ridiculous. If you plan to buy a car here think somewhere else, I promise you that will be the best decision you make! YOU HAVE TO BE NICE TO BELIEVE IN NICE!
Fast and friendly service. Very nice people who cared about our experience. Shannon and Chris were terrific in helping us to get the best deal, going above and beyond is made our experience the best!
