I purchased wheel locks but the service center was closed at the time of the purchase. I was told to come back anytime to pick up the locks and they would put them on. When I went to pick them up and have them put on the car a couple of days after the purchase they informed me that I needed to make an appointment and come back another day to have wheel locks installed.

They will offer you every add on they can think of to pump up the price. The process is so hurried that it is easy to pay more than you want by purchasing unneeded add on products.
The price was right but the experience as whole was disappointing. After I agreed to a price they came back with a higher interest rate than the advertised Honda rate and told me they could not honor the lower rate because the price was so low. Of course they gave me the lower rate once I told them I would not by the car at the higher rate.
After extensive research among several dealers; we decided on Dick Hannah Honda, and are so glad we did. Frank, Stephanie and Bailey were excellent. Frank and Stephanie found us a lower APR rate than our bank, and quoted us an excellent price without any gamesmanship or delay. Unlike all of the other dealers, they were responsive to our questions but left it to us to contact them when we were ready to move forward. No harassing phone calls, texts or emails, which seems to be the rules of the game with all the other dealers. We bought a CRV, and Bailey patiently and thoroughly walked us through all the its features after we bought the car. We will buy a truck in the next year. When we do, we will definitely buy from these fine people.
