A year ago I purchased a chevy avalanche from Pat for a very decent price. My mom has bought two vehicles as well. They respected their warranty and provided us with all the appropriate repairs. Excellent customer service and professionalism!
This is your typical used car lot. I buy a car that turned out to have a major problem. They told me it was just the dome light stayed on and that is why the battery keep going dead. They put a battery in it and send me on my way. Two days later the car would not start again. They did not have a clue what was wrong with the car. I had to take the car to the dealership for the repair. The repair was $2500. I went back to Pat Moore's lot with the invoices from the dealer and told I over paid, they could had fixed it for around $200. But they did not know what was wrong with it to start with. Anyway I was told Pat was on vacation and as soon as he got back he would contact me. Three months later I'm still waiting. Told me what I needed to hear so i would buy the car and as soon as I drove off the lot they forgot my name!!!!
I did not end up buying a car from here due to myself just being too picky about my purchase but I wish I could have. Usually going into a dealership I feel hesitant and unwilling to trust the salesman. This place is full of good, hardworking, honest people that seem to bend over backwards for anyone. I felt like I could completely trust that I was being taken care of and would not end up with a bad deal. We drove from Salem to see these guys and I hope one day we can go back!
Great place to buy a car! Definitely not your typical used car dealership. Pat Moore had a great selection of used cars and trucks. Before you go anywhere else you should check this place out. No games or heehawing around.
Really nice gentleman I talked too. He let me test drive a car and had all info without hesitating. Super nice cars. Very clean. Answered all my questions and did not pressure me and did not tell me that 20 people are interested and pricing is average to fair but as always check kbb before you buy. Would recommend just even if you are looking.
