I called ahead to see how much it would be to have my new kitten vaccinated and the lady on the phone quoted me around $50. I ended up with a bill of $213. Nothing was explained properly in regards to billing and when I asked about how much things cost (the check up, some additional tests they wanted...) after getting the bill, the black haired lady behind the counter got agitated and short with me. After some vague answers about price, I asked her that I would like to do the deworming treatment (it was only $20 which I did not realize, other things like a simple test was alot more, ...). she stormed in the back and then came back, slapped the medication on the counter, rudely took my card for another payment and good-byed me. no explanation of how to use it or apply it to my kitten. Sorry asking how much things cost is such an inconvenience to you. Give people a list of services which includes how much they are for crying out loud, that's not unreasonable or? I will definitely not go back. (the vet I do have to say was very nice) Overall they made me feel cheap for asking, but its a principle. I have the right to know how much things cost before agreeing to it, just like with everything else
My wife and moved to Vancouver last year. We are so blessed to have found Dr Martin and her team for our three small dogs. Recently in a short period of time, two of the three dogs in the family had to have surgery. Dr Martin, I am convinced you brought one of our dogs back to us most likely after years of being mis-diagnosed and past dental work done incorrectly. Thank you!!
My dog went in to have his nails trimmed, they improperly drugged him, using the wrong medicine and couldn't get him completely out.
So I'm going home with a traumatized dog who has been heavily drugged and received absolutely no service.
Dr Martin is not only an incredible vet, but her and her staff took the time to be incredibly caring and compassionate. Thank you for all you guys do everyday to keep our little dogs healthy and happy.
Not only did they charge me for his visit AND the drugs. But they didn't even trim his nails.
I missed work and paid $75 to bring home a sick drugged dog.
I am new to Vancouver Washington and have taken all my (6) and my daughter has taken all her (5)dogs to this practice and we are very satisfied with both Vets, Techs, and front staff. Everyone has been very nice. The Vets I feel really take their time with our pets and I never feel rushed! We are happy campers and I would recommend this practice to whom ever is looking for great service
Dr. Polly is a very caring individual. The entire office has been very supportive when we had to let our dear Max pass on. Thank you all so very much. Bonnie and Mel
