I took my 8 week old puppy here to get his first shots 3 days later I brought him back noticing that he was getting sick with a bad cough trouble breathing and lethargic. I honestly felt that they push me out the door by saying that he probably has allergies and to give him Benadryl the next night I ended up taking him into a 24-hour emergency care come to find out he had a severe case of kennel cough so much for having allergies right I could have lost my puppy due tontheir ignorance.
Very knowledgeable and professional staff. They make you feel like your pet and you are the most important clients they have.
They have a several doctors so there is good availability on getting an appointment when you need it.
I have been coming to Mountain View Vet Hospital for over 10 years. The care has always been very good. However, they have taken it up a notch with their "fear free/stress free" program." The calming music, taking the top off her box, gentle talk and stroking AND the whipped cream worked magic on my fur lady. This was the most relaxed visit we've ever had. We are both grateful! Dr. Fairbanks also assisted us a couple of years ago when we needed to send our beloved Abby to Rainbow Heaven. Through our buckets of tears, she and her tech provided gentle care to me, my husband, and sweet Abby.
Everyone has always been so helpful and friendly! I love it!
