Everything was cute and set up like an apt. Only two things that could be better: 1) I had to keep flipping switch on breaker for microwave, it kept shutting off in middle of heating up frozen veggies; 2) the bedroom never got heated when heater was on, every room was warm except the bedroom. Loved the fireplace and kitchen (black and steel and beautiful counter tops).
Nice that the rooms are separated like an apartment. Pretty quiet for a hotel. Good location near freeways.
Stayed in a two level suite-kitchen, living room, bathroom and 1 king bedroom on the first floor, along with a fold out couch in the living room. Open loft upstairs has another king bed and bathroom. Flat screen tvs in living room and both bedrooms. Relatively clean, full size stove/oven/fridge, with all plates and silverware provided.
Stayed here for work trip. We came in very late and front desk attendant was very pleasant and nice. I'm deathly allergic to cats and noticed the hotel was pet friendly. I called ahead to make sure they could get me a room that hadn't had cats. They made note on my profile and I had no issues with the room. The room was nice and clean but did have the funky smell others have mentioned but I got used to it and it wasn't so bad. I loved the firmness of the bed, the shower pressure was great. Nice Paul Mitchell shower amenities. Full kitchen stocked with coffee and popcorn. Nice sitting area with fireplace. The included breakfast was better than any of this type -- eggs, tortillas, breakfast meats, fresh spinach, really fresh fruit.
We booked a 2 bed loft room as we are a group of friends. It was a perfect for us and very roomy, nice kitchen area and very clean. Breakfast was pretty standard for Residence Inn and very tasty. The hotel is in a great area close to the Mall and freeway.
