I dropped my parents, age 91 and 89, here before a cruise and was so comforted that I was leaving them in such good hands. The bellboys were courteous, efficient and patient. The security guard, Cathy, went above and beyond. My Mom had had a fresh wound on her leg and Cathy had some medical background and a well stocked first aid kit! Thank you to this wonderful staff. BTW the handicap room was beautiful!
I attended a professional event at the Hilton in Vancouver, WA and the experience deserves a five-star rating. The room accommodated 400 people comfortably from the acoustics to room temperature to leg room per table. The food was outstanding and the restrooms were meticulously clean. The service staff were friendly and you could tell enjoyed serving others. I look forward to attending more events at the Hilton Vancouver. Thank you to all involved.
Y'know what, we purposely came to this location because the price was better than what was left for the long weekend in Portland. I'm glad we ended up here because it's much better than what I would have paid for in downtown Portland. It's only a twenty min drive to downtown. The hotel is very clean and the front desk is very helpful. They always answer with delight and are always willing to help. I feel like they train the staff differently at this location. They really care about you!
Hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful. The area around the hotel was easy to walk in and had many places close by. Beds were extremely comfortable and I had a great night's sleep.
Stevie at the Front Desk was so helpful. My office messed up on the reservation and I needed to make two separate reservations which meant that I needed to check out of one room and check into another room the second night. Stevie couldn't have been more helpful in solving the problem.. She was friendly and very customer focused. She made sure I was happy with the result. Stevie is an asset to Hilton. Thank you Stevie for making my stay at the Hilton so comfortable.
