The warranty company is essentially operating as a group of loosely aligned 3rd parties. They will pass along the request to the next 3rd party, without directly addressing the issue at hand. There is not a single person that will take responsibility for following through on your claim. You will need to call daily to attempt to progress the process along. And that may, or may not lead to your warranty being honored.
Great variety of quality furniture and great prices to go along with the selection. Very friendly and helpful staff make this a store I will certainly visit again.
The extended warranty has proven not to be worth the paper it’s printed on. I’ve had two approved repairs on both pieces of furniture, that have not been resolved after 6 months of being notified. The most serious of which is a broken support board under my sofa which makes the unit unstable to sit in.
In the future, I would hope Furniture World will not promote services that they do not have the ability to guarantee.
My furniture is still not fixed. And I will never be able to recover the many hours I’ve lost trying to redeem this false commitment that was sold to me by Furniture World.
In 2015 I purchased an Ashley sofa, loveseat, and table from Furniture World in Vancouver. My experience during the purchasing process was pleasant. My frustration with this order stems from the commitments that were used to sell me an extended warranty on these items...At an additional cost of $170

Good showroom, great for seating and such but not as wide of a variety of bedroom furniture and dining room furniture. Didn't purchase anything but the salesman that assisted me was helpful and friendly.
