I've been to the store once before. There are two levels from what I can remember for my visit two years ago. I do like what they have to offer but they did not have exactly what we wanted in our price range at the time. They do have friendly staff in a nice layout
Great selection and good prices. Was able to pick up a few things here after our move, love our couch and Murphy. Only draw back is since a lot of this furniture is custom built you've got to wait on getting your couch. With the ability to pick everything you want, color, fabric, shape and size, it's worth it.
Our flexsteel queen sofa bed, coffee table, and end tables look great. From Karen helping us, to the delivery team our experience was wonderful.
The prices are great, quality is amazing! Karen is my sales person, and she really helped me pull my entire house together! We just got a brand new house, and Karen helped us make the best use of all our existing furniture, but then helped us select the PERFECT new curio cabinets, dining table and chairs and a server to make a lot more useable space in our great room! I spent less on all my new furniture than I did on just my bedroom set from 16 years ago! I would rate Karen a 10!!
The assistants at Cascade Furniture are the best! Karen specifically. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in selecting furniture for my entire home when relocating to this area. When I needed an additional piece after the initial items were delivered, Karen found the right piece immediately and it was ordered and I had it within a couple of weeks. Great customer service! You can't go wrong with this group.
