They are so dishonest st all these stores. Do your self a favor and stay away from all Aaron's.
I wouldn't even give one star if I didn't have to pick one! Our dryer has been out for 5 days!!! We have 4 children, 2 of which go to school, we called Aaron's on a Saturday and they set up an "appointment" for someone to be here on Monday to fix our dryer, waited hours and no one showed.... we called them only to find out they never actually scheduled an appointment, so they schedule a Same day appointment, no one ever showed up! We are still without a dryer and conveniently they are now closed! We will not buy another thing at this store, and I will be contacting the corporate office! Nicely done Aaron's, nicely done!

Worst service EVER! Most the staff at this particular Aaron's are rude and unprofessional. I've been a customer of Aarons for quite a few years and NEVER had a bad experience until I moved and switched from the Cascade Park location to this 4th Plain location. I wouldn't recommend using this store. If you want to rent Furniture go to the Cascade Park or Hazel Dell (Highway 99) stores. They have horrible customer service and they are VERY flakey. It took them about a month to deliver our furniture. They kept calling and saying something was going on with the truck and they couldn't make it. On two separate occasions they no show no called on us. I was beyond upset. I decided to not stay with them and go back to the Cascade Park store. They will bumbar you with calls if you are a day late on making your payment. It's insane. I've never had such poor customer service and I really hope you don't have to go through this with them. Good luck if you should choose to use this location
They are a great business. Very curteous and helpful. They know their jobs very well. It has a lot of product on hand and will demonstrate with no problems
As a former employee of two years being a product technician I can honestly say that the owner of this business John Childs is one cheap son of a b****. Failure to maintain a safe working environment resulted in a vehicle collision in one of the box trucks(The tires were bald) causing me to lose control on December 22nd 2016 and crashing on Highway 101 just south of Warrenton Oregon. Because of this I now have an accident on my driving record and my auto insurance is now $50 a month more than it should be. ( I am willing to remove this review if I am compensated $50 a month for the next 3 years)
Northwest Freedom Corporation does not maintain their box trucks therefore resulting in personal safety and property loss. This was not the store managers responsibility because that person has many times reported but the tires were bald but corporate did nothing about it and time came and was too late.
