The staff is usually friendly, and helpful.
I love that they have rewards systems, buy 12 bags of dog food get one free! If they are ever out of stock when I go in, they order it and put a hold on the bag with my name on it so it won't be sold before I can get back in. Very helpful!

I really like All Natural Pet Supply. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The store stocks a lot of high quality products and the prices are reasonable.
Their product rewards tracking system could use some help. They have lost cards on me, or stated I already received my reward when I haven't. Used to track your own UPC labels, and for some reason they took that option away.
Excellent selection of natural pet foods for dogs and cats and great, friendly service!
They have the highest quality products. Loyalty program is definitely a bonus.
