All-in-all, this place should be avoided if possible. If you decide to stay, make sure it's a quick visit.

They did have a nice dog area where my mutts could go off leash and run, but I'm not 100% that it's even their land to use. Haha..."yea, if you dog needs to poop, just go over to our neighbor's property. No biggie". ;)
Basically a parking lot for RV's. Very few travelers here, mostly those that live in the park. Spaces were super close together, so much so that we had issues with our pop-outs. Very tight parking for tow cars and/or trucks, and they get mad if you are parked too much in the street.
The guy that cleans the bathrooms (Subaru guy) is never cleaning at the same time. Go at 8 am and he is cleaning. Go at 11 am and he is cleaning. He drove me crazy. Who cleans the bathrooms for 3 hours? And the wifi that they offer shouldn't even be something offered. Because you do not get connection at all. You think they only allow rv's that are newer because you when you fill out paperwork it says so but that is a lie. There are so many old ugly trailer. Lived here for about 6 months and it was a bitter sweet experience. Stupid Subaru cleaning guy. Trust me when you wake up wanting to go pee and can't because he is cleaning every single day at a different time for like 3 hours it gets annoying.
The middle row is hard to back in a RV longer than 25ft using a full size truck. Very cramped and narrow.
