Looks like a clean place but they only are accepting RV' s 1998 or newer now.
I have lived here almost six years and it isnt a bad place to live.

This is the worst place in my life I have ever lived. Drunk, or on dope, and I don't mean weed. People don't obey the rules. Some go out of their way to make others miserable. The police won't do a damned thing, they could care less about this place. Only show cuz they have too. Onsite management doesn't care if you kill each other, just leave me out of it. Why do I stay? Fixed income. I'm so poor, if it weren't for bad luck, I would have no luck at all.
