City of Vancouver Utilities Services (Water&Sewer) - Poor customer service. Very rude and unprofessional reps and manager. Bad attitude, should be trained in delivering in proper tone of voice.
Can't get thur... Been trying for 2 MONTHS.... Can't drive there..I'M CRIPPLED AND HAVE NO ONE TO TAKE ME THERE...VERY UPSET!!!!!##!!###!
Very first time trying to pay my bill, and the website is down and the phone number gives a constant busy tone. Seriously? I just want to pay my bill quickly and easily.
