Be aware of the possibility of being abruptly and loudly told in a relatively quiet and full waiting area, to surrender your small handbag to security for "random inspection for weapons, explosives, and other potentially harmful items". Thanks for the abrupt intrusion.
Pleasant experience. It was easy to find the place and check in. The wait was less than 10 minutes. The person I talked to was very nice.
Wait times were as expected 30-60 minutes. The staff person at the window was helpful and quick.
Very clean and orderly. Was there to get a new social security card with a name change and the wait was only 20 minutes. Took all of 5 minutes with a very pleasant worker.
Horrible Place...
For me its upsetting to have to wait THAT LONG to just show them my ID and birth certificate so I could attain a new social security card. Ill get a new social security card in 1-2 weeks but lost a day's salary and had to stand in a cluttered room for hours.
I needed a new social security card since my old one was stolen when my place was burglarized. I arrived there around 9:10am this morning and was told that their check in machine was down and was handed a random number. It is 1:19pm and I literally just got home and live 10 minutes away from the darn place.
