We recently had a less than stellar experience in the ER when our infant daughter was very ill, followed by an unexpectedly high bill that we questioned a portion of. After discussing our situation with patient relations they were able to resolve our problem in a satisfactory manner. The issue was remedied quickly and in a professional and helpful manner. This reaffirms our belief that Legacy Salmon Creek is the best hospital in the area!
Had both my daughters at this hospital, and having my first son with them in less than a month. The nurses are attentive and supportive. My room had a tub that I was allowed to labor in, which was a wonderful surprise, since I had originally planned for a home water birth. I did not deliver in the tub, but they had no problem getting me in there and letting me use the warm water to help through contractions. They firmly believe that mom and partner get at least 1 hour alone with baby before family and friends can be in the room, which is soooo wonderful and vital to the bonding experience.

Haven't been there yet but I was asked to pay a $100 deposit over the phone before I could even go there. I have never been asked to pay a deposit before from a hospital. What's with that? I have great insurance.
We have always had good experiences with this hospital. Our daughter was born here and we visited the ER once when my husband developed a complication after surgery. We live about 30 minutes away but choose to travel to this hospital rather than our local hospital based on the great care and excellent service. We have health insurance and primary care providers that take care of most of our healthcare needs, but when emergencies arise or we need hospital care we always choose Legacy Salmon Creek.
This hospital is amazing. The staff is always patient with those who are respectful. I was in the hospital yesterday and my husband is here today. Things have been really fast and efficient. Thanks to all the staff here.
