Mark, a very knowledgable and wise person was extremely helpful. He made the experience very pleasant and was able to provide a solution to the problem I was there for. Mary checked me out and was also very helpful. One of my best experiences there and I've been going there for at least 5 years.
I love Lowes, prices are good, staff there is great, just one thing that needs to be addressed. Hardware section is to small & completely disorganized! Fix that and I won't have to drive an extra five miles to Parkrose hardware.
I went in last weekend to get a storm door. Bob in the doors area was not very helpful. I had asked him about the storm door I was looking for and he told me what area to look. At this point he was not helping anyone. he started helping another couple in the same area. he knew I needed help and after he was done helping the other couple he walked away as he knew we were still looking for what we had asked him about. I did found what I was looking for....after looking for some time. THANKS FOR NOTHING BOB IN DOORS FOR YOUR FRINDLY SERVICE AT LOWE'S. ONE STAR FOR SERVICE. STORM DOOR LOOKS GREAT.
This Lowe's is OK. I only go here because I live nearby. Home Depot is better for me. As others have mentioned, service can be spotty and some of their policies seem extreme. They changed hours of operation with no update to signs or website at the time of change.
Waited for over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Had to walk over to customer service to be acknowledged. Guy said he would help, however this did happen. There were 5 people in customer service. Visited 09/04 @ 5:43-6:03pm. This was to get one key made. Not a good visit. Home Depot from now on.
