I have only been one time to Cascade, but I had a wonderful experience. Everyone from the front desk to the massage therapist was so nice and welcoming. I e-mailed them and asked for an appointment and received a very quick response and they got me in within the next day. My massage was a mix of Swedish/European and was just what I needed. I don't remember my massage therapist's name, but she asked me about pressure, where I needed the most attention, and also how much I liked to talk. I'm not a huge talker, like to just relax and she let me do just that as she worked the areas I asked. Great place and planning on going back.
Every time I have come to this spa, I have always left feeling like a renewed person! From their hot stone massage, European massage to the facial, each experience and staff member did an amazing job to make sure each experience was fabulous! The atmosphere is so calming, inviting, you can't help but instantly feel relaxed stepping foot inside. Have gone back, and I'm planning to go again. Along with recommending others to go!
Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. They answer my questions and listen to my concerns or needs. I have had Crystal for messages and Shawna for facials. My boss gave me a gift certificate for Cascade spa. I am so glad he did that for me. I work long days and they let me come in after work. Thank you so much!
Tamara has been awesome with facials and brows. She’s so sweet and personable. I always look forward to my visits. She’s also helped my teen daughter with facials to clear up her skin. Atmosphere is very serene and smells great! Highly recommend Cascade Day Sap!
I've been going to Cascade Day Spa for four years now, and I still love going. I love how a facial makes my face feel and look, love the little extras, love the compliments I get on my skin. People are shocked when they ask me my age and I tell them. I won't tell you, but usually people think I'm 20 to 25 years younger than I am. Oh, and I love the people. I'd go to Cascade just to be with them, but I get a great facial at the same time. Hard to beat!
