Nice people work there. Was disappointed with their clearance prices. I feel that the discounted price should come down from where they have it. Their clearance prices are not too different than their sale prices.
No air conditioning- everyone is visibly sweating. It's hot in Macy's every time I shop there. Maybe that's why sales associates aren't interested in helping , they're probably over heated too. The same day I was there I went to Old Navy and it was nice and cool in there.
I love this Macy's!! FANTASTIC customer service and great sales. I would've put 5 stars if they carried the NYX brand in makeup. They only sell it online. But other than that, I think this place is AMAZING!!
Horrible uninformed customer service, not interested in helping customers, sales associate pointed to where things I'm looking for "MIGHT" be across the store, when asked where certain sized clothing is located they said it was downstairs but when I asked a manager they said it isn't even sold at this store.
Seems they just don't have enough staff on the schedule to handle needs of the store and customers.
I like the clothes here, I hope these issues get resolved. It didn't used to be like this.
I love THIS store! Even though their close are a bit higher, they are nicer than pennys or sears and when they have sales they are reasonable.
Nobody at all was in the lingerie department, bras overloaded all over the place in dressing rooms. Women's dressing room floor filthy with debris like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks.
Very high prices if your trying to buy in bulk. $45 for a t-shirt is too much for me, but if you can afford it, go for it. Cute styles for all ages, but the attendants are very nosy and pushy. Only reason I don't give it one star is the clothes are made good, and they will last a long time.
Other customers wandering around looking for sales associates to ring them up, nobody upstairs were at registers except one. Other customers also irritated with the store.
