Met SM Krista today, I've been a customer of Kohl's for 14years plus. Closed my credit acct after being treated like garbage by he over a pair of work shoes. This store needs adult supervision. No one cares about the advertised (no hassle guarantee). Finally got my money back after I called corporate customer service. Been a customer of Kohl's for 14 years for all my work clothes. Not anymore......

This store was especially well kept up compared with some I've previously visited. I met one of the managers, Nicole, and she was very friendly and welcoming! Looking forward to going back again and again!

Customer service was terrible. We could have purchased a shirt online with an extra 15% coupon, with free in-store pickup. Asked if they would honor the additional 15% since I was already in the store, but they told me I would have to do it online and then come back to pick it up. They were more interested in getting back to talking about their plans for the evening then extending exceptional customer service that would get me back in their store. Unfortunately, I do not plan to buy from Kohl's in the future.
While I had a large order that was well over $1,200. Some customer comes up and starts yelling at the cashier and myself saying that they need us to remove the tags off the counter so that went would stop the beeping there is a huge pile of clothes on the counter there's no way we can move it all without having to go through everything.like we were doing. Other than that experience which was very negative from another customer of Kohl's the staff however were excellent and amazing thank you... will do all my school cloths shopping here from now on.
