There are a couple of nice kids that work there, but the managers are creepy and adversarial. They made us feel very uncomfortable.
I should add that I am a candidate for bilateral knee replacement. The girl behind the counter said "sure," but insisted she bring it to my table.
My very kind and loving 6 year old was generously taking care of my toddler for me in the toddler area, when a manager came and made her leave. They were the only ones in there. It is Wednesday afternoon, there are no other toddlers here.
I would have paid for a stupid pitcher.
After about five minutes, she came to my table and said that pitchers were for parties only.
I purchased a burned drip coffee and got five cups for water for the kids. They don't allow outside food or beverages and, I'm sorry, but I don't give my kids sugar drinks.
As if $48 wasn't enough from me.
It's not just the pitcher.
We have visited here for play time before, but today we celebrated our son's 5th birthday here. It was great! A room all to ourselves for guests and presents and food. We ordered food for the kids, and let adults buy snacks for themselves. We also had the ice cream party where the kids get to decorate their own ice cream sundae. Meanwhile, you have SO much time to play in the castle play structure. It was fantastic for us, no clean up, and great for our guests, whose kids should nap well tonight.
I brought 5 kids to the tune of $48.
So loud you can't even talk. Very difficult to find your kid once they go inside the play area. Possibility of harm by other kids since nobody can see. Unsure about how safe it is with seemingly little monitoring by staff. Kids running full speed constantly. No rules for safety it seems. Over priced. Not a good place for anybody with any type of social anxiety or if you want to hang and relax at all. This place is very high stress. Some people in our party had to leave because it was too loud and too stressful for them. No allergy sensitive food available, no gluten free, no dairy free etc. Staff unhelpful and seem preoccupied.
When they expanded, the only thing they did was to make more party rooms, they needed to make the play area bigger, only like three electrical sockets, no way enough. I tried to bring my son and do business one day, couldn't stay as long as my son wanted because my laptop battery ran out and couldn't get to an outlet. Need to have a better food selection , I see food carts with less kitchen space put out a better selection and better quality food for the same price. They need to learn to keep the parents happy, they will end up spending more at the food counter when they let their kids stay longer.
I will not be recommending this place to anyone again and I honestly do not se us ever returning.
After about the tenth trip to the water dispenser, I asked if I could get a pitcher to bring back to my table.
I had lunch here with my wife and our 5 year old daughter. The place was well lit and clean. We've had mango paradise tofu, pad Thai chicken, pot stickers and chicken satay. Everything tasted great. Vegetables in my mango special were crunchy and flavorful, and the spice level was just right. The waiter was very attentive and polite. Will definitely stop here again when in the area.
