Rayna Girdner is AMAZING no doubt about it. I’ve never had a massage before and I have been having a lot of neck and back pain, so I went to Rayna and she was so knowledgeable and made my muscles feel so much less tight. I will definitely be seeing her frequently and recommend everyone to see her if you love and want to maintain your body!!
Cat is absolutely amazing!! I came in for color and a cut. I knew the cut I wanted, but no clue on color. I showed Cat 5 or 6 completely different pictures of color, and she helped pick the best option for what we had to work with. The entire 3 and a half hours I was there, her hands never left my hair. She made sure every step was done correctly before moving on to the next step. I'm completely in love with the new look. I've had so many complements for random people and "wow, where did you get your hair done?" Thank you Cat!! It only took me 16 years to find my new stylist!!
Spoiled is best spa and salon ever!! The gals there do their best to make clients feel welcome and meet their needs. it's great to see happy clientele coming thru!!! Keep up the amazing and hard work!!!
My husband paid for the simply spoiled package for $212. The facial was great except she put so much oil on my face that it got into my eyes! My eyes were irritated the rest of the night. When i got the massage time wasn't distributed evenly on both sides. Like 20 minutes spent on the right side and 10 on my left... But felt ok. Felt like they were rushed to get me through. The pedicure was not what I'm normally used to. Usually legs and feet get exfoliated but the girl just put it on my feet. She didn't rub them or anything. Just rubbed the exfoliate on enough to where it covered my feet then stopped and rinsed them off. The lady put towels around my feet and asked if they were warm. I told her the towels were cold and she says, "that sucks" and doesn't get warm towels. My nail polish peeled off within an hour of leaving the salon. The hair treatment was a shampoo and condition. Usually my favorite part of getting my hair done. That was maybe 3 minutes and she didn't even touch my scalp. :( she rushed me out of there like she was in a hurry to get rid of me. On top of that, they were constantly trying to get me to buy things and upgrade my service. Great and nice people but not what i expected for a $200 package. For it being my first time at a spa I was not impressed and felt they were more interested in making more money then me relaxing. And the quality was horrible. Super upset customer.
Rayna, and the team here are so awesome! I’ve been going to her for over a year now and couldn’t be happier with the service and the facilities. Always clean and fully stocked!
