I will not shop at any other shoe store they have done wonders with my planter fasciatis by fitting me with brooks shoes. And my wife loves her keen shoes for work.

Awful as soon as I walked through the door. I don't like playing the race card nor do I comment on places often. My first time here and looking for comfortable shoes, I walk in and no greetings from the start. A young man in his twenties proceeds to finally help me after I ask him for an opinion. He walks over and is pleasantly helping me for at least 5 minutes until 3 Caucasians walk through. Not a single word or an excuse me can I help you further, just a walk away and immediately assisting them. I experienced such rudeness and classless behavior before. Unless my money wasn't good enough because I was planning on buying expensive pair of Danskos. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

Great service! They really paid attention to my needs and provided quick service. Oh and did I mention they gave amazing shoes! 'Brooks' and 'keen' are my favorite for working and running. My feet are so sensative. I'm so happy I found a great store with a huge selection!

Because of the horrible service I received at this location, I will not be back. It is unfortunate as this store is close to my home and I looked forward to shopping there frequently.

If I could give 0 stars I would ... impatience on sales, personal conversations instead of even greeting customers who had been waiting for over 10 mins, and being called in to pick up the wrong shoes I had requested. And I NEVER give bad reviews trust me...pick somewhere else!

I wish that I had been treated as a valued customer. Is your corporate business willing to fix this situation created by your Fishers Landing Vancouver Wa. location?

I purchased a pair of shoes from the Fishers Landing location here in Vancouver WA last weekend, the 18th of this month. I was told they would arrive at the store in one week. Today, I called to check on my order as I had not been called for pickup. I spoke with Matt who accidentally hung up on me. When I called back, I spoke with Ryan who informed me my shoes had never been ordered and now, they were out of stock. He said he was away on a business trip and that's why my shoes had never been ordered. He offered no apology. He did send an email with a refund amount, going to the credit card the shoes were purchased on.
