I was referred to CCR and was ready to give them my money. I talked with Bill on the phone and sent photos of my roof. He gave me an unofficial estimate and said he would visit my house to give an official estimate. I texted and called a few times, after a few weeks I found someone else and paid in cash. This was for an entire roof replacement 33 squares in fact. If you can get them to not flake you off I'm sure they do a fine job.
I've purchased my house in June and they added a new roof but it hasn't even been a year yet, now Im having water intrusion (problems) between the roof and chimney. It was obvious that the job wasn't done correctly. Told them on voicemail, "If you guys could come out here and take a look at it, would it be under warranty?" Its been days, no response at all. Save your time/money look elsewhere. I don't recommend this company, hopefully this doesn't happen to another person, thats why I decided to make this review. I added pictures to support my claim.
