Terrible experience working with Joel Mattila. Lack of communication throughout the entire process lead to much frustration. Pretty much every request for advice or guidance was answered with an ambiguous response or to make sure we asked someone else. And we ended up having to proof read all communication with the other party's agent as it did not reflect our wishes almost every time. He seemed very put out having to work weekends or after 5 on weekdays. It was as if he was doing us a favor rather than working for us. We had been very clear of our expectations and the beginning of the process and had to talk with him multiple times about these issues. It made buying a house much more stressful than it ever needed to be.

Kelly Winn and his team were on top of everything for our recent purchase!
