Supposedly delivered/ put packages in the wrong lock box (with no repercussions)
Totally inept, criminal or both.
This is the third time I've had a "failure to deliver" for no reason. I get junk mail everyday just fine but the few times I am waiting for a package, it can't be delivered. Tried calling multiple times during business hours and no one answered. No voicemail or automated service, it just hangs up on you.
Tried to have a package delivered after first attempt failed, all though somebody was home, tried to call for redelivery attempt, but had 45 minute waiting time with no response. Decided to get the package myself so when I arrived there were 14 people waiting all shaking their heads, 50 minutes later I had my package. The post master at this office should be replaced or at least have a major shake up as the service is terrible !!! One other time after our mailbox had a break in, we were told to come get our mail until the box was fixed, which I finally straightened the lock myself, the mailman continued taking our mail with him so we wasted 3 trips, same long lines and poor parking, for nothing. They have the worst communication , definitely a calamity of a post office.
This place is a joke went in looking for a package and they said they still had it but had to sort through stuff to find it so I told them if they found it send it back to me or call me to pick it up I just now looked and it's being sent back to the sender this place has really smart people working for them
A year later and still the same. Every time I call no one answers. How hard is it to at least set up an automated service?

The worst post office in Washington.. I've came here 3 times for a package that is in there returns and still have yet to receive it.. they keep telling me oh well we will get to it
