I've had a few storage units at different places and this is by far the cleanest, nicest and most secure one I've been to. I plan to use Extra Storage Space as my go to place when it comes to storage.
I have no worries with Extra Storage Space. The units don't leak. They are study and secure. They have a pin pad gate for entry and exit. The units have a great height to them. It's more of a 10X10X20. And they are extremely fair on the price!
This place is the biggest storage rip off around. They increased the monthly fee for a parking space barely wide enough for me to park my rather small (19') trailer in TWICE in the six months I had it stored there. When I notified them that I was vacating the space I was advised that they would not prorate the rent that was paid IN ADVANCE because I had not notified them that I was vacating prior to the due date. he fact that they didn't return my phone call further added to the foulness of the deal. I'm now convinced that they intend to keep the prepaid rental amount ($97.00!!!) and in all likelihood rent the space out during the month that my prepaid rent covers. AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY ARE THIEVES!
A very stressful life event brought me to this location for a storage unit, which I was very happy with the property's cleanliness, and affordability. But most importantly was the assistance I received from Jaimie, which was OUTSTANDING, to say the least!! She provided customer service that any employer should be proud to acknowledge, giving full attention to detail, with both patience and understanding to customer needs. She then added more personal attention by following up with email and phone contact, and was available when I had questions, with immediate assistance. A true asset to your business, and I hope she is recognized for this!! I have referred two family members who have worked with her in acquiring a unit as well, and they were equally impressed with her consistent care! Thank you!!!
One of the best storage places I've been to. Everything is clean and all the doors and locks work. The staff is wonderful. They also have large units. I currently am using two 10X20's. Normally I stress about storage units; are they going to be big enough? Will they be able to store all my stuff? How secure will my stuff be? Will the units of leak water?
