It's a movie theater.... Pretty much sums it up. The rooms are normally pretty empty during the day.
That was disappointment enough, but worse...the theater was cold & the audio WAAAAYYYYY TOO LOUD!!!
My husband & I, while waiting in line to purchase our tickets at the front ticket window, observed that the admission price for seniors was $8.75. When we asked for our tickets, they rung up at $8.95. I asked why & was told that the price had gone up & it just hadn't been changed on the front digital board yet. The 20 something employee clearly didn't think it was anything to be concerned about. In actuality, there are consumer protection laws that prohibit a seller from switching the price like that. Patrons, be forewarned, Regal Cinema appears to be above the law on this one.
I've been going to this theater for years. I have watched the prices steadily rise and it is for that reason that I do not give it a full 5 stars. However, it is always kept clean and the staff are excellent people.
However we miss out on the Regal rewards.
Nice cinema. We used to go here all the time. Because we lived close by. Since we live closer to the vancouver mall we visit Cinetopia more often.
Not racing back to the movie anytime soon. Thumbs down for this experience!
This is an average place, nothing wrong with it at all. The concession area is self-serve which is kind of a mess because people have no idea it is self-serve so there is still a line of people bumping into each other trying to figure out how it works every time. Still it’s a decent place to catch a flick. People who work there seem nice.
