Just bought a house and need a locksmith to remedy the doors 5 doors with 4 different keys. Called Harry's to schedule an appointment and told them what times I could be available. I was told they normally provide 2 hour window unless it's first job of the day. So we scheduled out a few days to get an 8:30am appointment. On the day of it gets to 9am and the locksmith hadn't shown. I call the office. Was told "don't know who told you that you'd be first job, but he's on another job now and it'll be at least noon til he gets there." Obviously their scheduling process is broken. I took time off work to be here. I cancelled the service request and hired someone else who honors their commitments.
They showed up two hours late, didn't apologize, and were actually pretty rude. They took their time and when all the work was done, my backyard door wouldn't work after they re-keyed it. They tried to say it was my fault and they wanted to charge me to come fox it. I will NEVER do business with these guys again
Very quick and attentive... Brought in a broken key and they were able to make me a new copy from the broken pieces..... The guy at the computer stares at you funny though.... But, besides that, a great experience. Definitely recommend to everyone.
