Great staff, always willing to answer questions. Even if I have to leave a voicemail, they always call me back promptly!
I learned quickly that I need to just contact Allstate's customer service number if I need assistance. The staff (particularly Makana Cabana) at this location are incredibly inept and their poor customer service is astounding. Their follow through in communication is terrible. Though I can tell they're trying to be helpful at times it is still one of the worst offices I've had to deal with in a very long time.
