The two ladies in there had no clue what they were doing and werent helpful whatsoever. Just horrible.

I felt like i got a very bad deal on shipping. I needed to get a box, a shoe sized box to a destination (in the continental US) within 6-7 days. I wanted UPS but they dont do PO Boxes i guess, but whatever, so USPS is is. The clerk there tells me that the only possible solution will cost $32! As I HAD to get it there in time, i paid. But after reviewing USPS services and rates online, i feel like i was flat out lied to so that their little store could make a few (but more like a bunch) bucks. Ok well so be it. All I can say is I will not ever be going to this UPS store, hope they are not all like this.

Service sucks! Employee got irritated so fast. Was stern and impatient. Shorter lady with glasses and black hair needs to be replaced.

I have been in this store a number of times and have always had great customer service and friendly people. It is my go to store.

This store gives UPS a BAD NAME. I walked in today to ship a heavy oxygen machine. I saw only one gal behind the counter who was already helping a gentleman so I stood in line to wait my turn. That's when another girl came out of the back and asked how she could do for me. I'm pretty sure her name was Amy, and Amy was very far from helpful. The first girl must have been new because she seemed like she needed Amy's help and Amy said quite loudly, HE HAS TO WAIT WHILE I HELP MY CUSTOMER. I heard the gentleman ask around, "did she just tell me I had to wait?" At which point I insisted the gentleman be helped first. He looked at me and he said, that's ok, its not that I had to wait but how she said it." Which in my opinion was pretty rude. Amy must be in the bad habit of talking to customers like they are ignorant because all the guy wanted to know was how many manilla envelopes come in a box because he wanted to buy a box full. Amy tells him that she doesn't know and how can she when nobody pays attention to how many come im a box? OMG! She even inturupted him mid question like she was being inconvenienced or had to keep repeating herself when she only said it once. The guy didn't say anything else and just walked out. After he leaves, Amy turns to the other gal and begins to berate her right in front of us and all customers in the store at that time. She spoke down to the other girl like how dare she ask for help when Amy is (not) helping her own customer. Good lord! During my visit she tries to reach tje person whom I can only assume was the store manager, who's name was Mike. Mike, you need to teach your employees a little something about customer service and leadership skills, ESPECIALLY if you leave them im charge while you are not there. Ultimately, Amy was aggressively condescending and the most UNHELPFUL person I have ever encountered in customer service. It takes a lot for me to complain but her attitude towards customers is apalling and she gives an awful example of what customer service should be. Need less to say, I will NEVER step foot in your store again. It was my first and thankfully, my only experience at this location. I will go out of my way to go somewhere else. And your shift leader is the cause of that. Good luck and God Bless.

I live down the street , but I'll drive to another ups store. Service is WAY better at other UPS locations. I can't stand spending money where people aren't grateful for the business.
