I would not contact this company again nor recommend them. first they don't return phone calls , they do text with minimum information even when asking over and over again to talk to someone. Their rates are outrageous as i found 4 electrical companies charging 50 to 75% less.

We bought a 1972 manufactured home. The wiring "was" a mess. We couldn't keep our stove and refrigerator running. Constantly going out and magically coming back on all by itself. Well, the last time, it wouldn't come back on. We called wire nuts and they sent a very nice, professional young man named Donovan to our rescue. In no time at all he found the problem and had us back up and running in no time at all. Now, you might say that we would have the same results regardless of who we chose. Maybe so but the price was the best ever and the service was done promptly and they show on time. That's 3 good reasons to call anyone, fast, friendly service done on time. Can't ask for much more than that. If you're reading this and considering using this service all I can say is they worked for us and they can work for you too.
WireNutz was hired by American Home Shield to check a problem with a bathroom exhaust fan at my home. The work performed itself was satisfactory, however, I had concerns regarding what led to the work being done in the first place (replacement of the fan).
After playing phone tag with the owner, Matt, he and I were able to connect and I shared my concerns. Throughout the conversation Matt was professional; he took the time to listen to my concerns.
After sharing our perspective with each other, it was clear to me that Matt was interested in knowing what he could do to retain my business and earn my future business. We were able to come to a mutually acceptable agreement in the same conversation. Because Matt took the time to personally contact me and work through my concerns, I can confidently and firmly recommend Wire Nutz to anyone considering residential electrical work.
All the good reviews are surprising to me- my experience was very poor - communications and rudeness...am happy to find another place that is good.
As a footnote, I STRONGLY CAUTION ANYone against entering into a "home warranty" contract with AHS. After talking with Matt, it seems much of the issue rests with AHS.
