Great guy, but I've waited nearly an hour both times I've come to his office. Don't try to sneak in at lunch unless you have a lenient employer.
Great doctor and excellent staff. Every time I go in I feel like they all really care about me and my well-being. My only complaint is that sometimes the wait can get long for appointments. But it balances out, as he'll listen to all my concerns, taking as much time as I need. I have never felt rushed or judged by anyone there, and I feel like I have a personal connection with the team there. Unfortunately, in my experience, this has been lost in some other practices, where I feel more like a number in a queue.
Dr. Bessas was awesome. He was very attentive to my needs and seemed to genuinely care which was a nice change. I would highly recommend him.
