James would be indispensable for our family's needs even if he weren't a very good mechanic -- the convenience of having someone come to your house (especially when you're a stay at home parent with two kids and only one car) is too good to pass up. On top of that, James is an excellent, honest mechanic with a knack for explaining what is actually going on with the car. I know next-to-nothing about cars, but I like understanding a bit more about what a mechanic is doing beyond a bunch of jargon. It's hard to believe such awesome service exists when there are so many crappy-yet-thriving mechanics all over the place. If you live in the area, you would be nuts not to take advantage of this business.
Okay, I just wanted to say James is a very helpful, kind, and very precise when diagnosing my vehicle I drive a 2001 Saturn S-Series and last Sunday my car literally shut off fearing it might of been a damaged fuel pump and James took a look and told me my vehicle needed a new alternator which he was able to install a new one in no time, overall his service I was not disappointed. He managed to get my car up and running literally 10 minutes before I had to leave for work. I appreciate your service James we need more good helpful people like you. :)
I honestly discovered the most life saving service for us mamas. Car troubles are the worst and it's awful having to wait at a mechanics with kids needing naps etc. He's an amazing and honest mechanic who comes to your home and does all the work there. Yeah, it allowed me to conduct life as normal and most importantly have a happy little boy. His prices are the same as a regular mechanic. Our 99 Ford Ranger XLT sat for over a year and a half without running. We called James and he was here and diagnosed the problem right away and was able to get us a new fuel pump for a great price and install it the very next day. Excellent service. James replaced the starter on my son's 97 Mazda 626....a particularly difficult repair that I didn't want to take on myself. Its VERY nice to have James come to your home and do the work inside your own garage rather than having to tow your vehicle elsewhere when its inoperative.
