Had a reservation went to pick up the car and they cancelled my reservation. Really msd because I need to drive to Texas today. They would not give a car to me. Lost $2000 on this trip. Customer service sucks. They absolutly refused to give me a car! Do not go to them. I have been a loyal customer.
I rent alot! I mean alot and this hertz has the worst customer service. Nelson wouldn't let me back into the rental to get my garage door opener. I still havent got it back either its been a month. Kathy wouldnt give me corporate number and hung up on me. I have to rent a car again tomorrow well Budget has my service for now on.
We had the same person give us our rental and receive our rental. He was very cold to us , I assume because we are Latinos. He was laughing and joking with an old white man but as soon as my lother came to him he was very stern. As soon as we walked out he even locked the door. Terrible customer service. His name was Nelson.
They tried to charge me 370 over what my insurance was already paying. The agent asked if I wanted to add insurance on the rental but didn't go through the contract or exploring that the charge was a diary charge not a one time charge. I argued and got the charge removed. This place is the worst.
Update: just got a call 2 days out confirming i got a rental car and scheduling it to include a new confirmation email. Thanks, Felicia!! :-)
Just got a call saying that "they cannot honor my reservation." Aparently I should appreciate the 1.5 week preemptive warning but come on, everything is booked now up there! :-(
