Very good customer service, they're right there to answer your questions and walk your to whatever you're looking for and very knowledgeable about their items. Love the clearance and 50% off tables, and you really should have their membership card or you're paying way too much!

Staff is always very friendly and will always try to help you find what you are looking for. I love the recommendations from staff section. The membership card is totally worth getting if you buy books more than 3 times a year. My husband and I buy books almost weekly so we spend a lot of time here.
Wow! This place is big. Books are fairly easy to find as are other gifty items. Its higher priced than I expected. My grandaughter loves it especially the bakery/coffee shop.
