AMAZING service! I received my bike from Wheel Deals and it works PERFECTLY. The staff is incredibly kind. What could be better than buying/getting your bike fixed locally and by such a great non-profit that benefits the community!

If you are busy, I get that because it's summer; however don't keep telling me it's next on the list. I don't think God would appreciate it
I get it that they give to charity (churches) and all, but they still have a business to operate and a responsiblity to their customers. My bike was supposed to be ready Saturday, but it wasn't. Then Tuesday, but it wasn't and then they said it was next on the list (11AM). I said I would just come back tomorrow. It's tomorrow and it still isn't ready; however they said it will be done first thing in the AM.
Love this bike shop. I was just donating our old bikes and parts but everyone working was upbeat and positive and genuinely happy to help!
