On Friday I had an appointment at the Portland IRS office. There was an accident on the freeway making me late. I frantically parked in a parking garage, starting walking and someone was turned around in the wrong direction, I panicked because I was late, then was lost. Called the IRS number for appointments and a gentleman on the phone got on google to find out where I was, stayed on the line to direct me to each street I should be on, made another appointment for me so they would not turn me away and got me to the office. I can not believe someone so busy, made sure I was able to get where I was going, being so patient with me. I can not thank him enough. That made my day.
